Olaf Otto Becker (b. 1959, Germany) is a photographer whose work often deals with the processes of change caused by climate change and other human influences. His most recent project ‘Reading the Landscape’ (2014) discusses the worldwide deforestation of primary forests and the current rearrangement of our understanding of nature in Indonesia and Malaysia. His work has been exhibited internationally and his long-time projects have been awarded the LeadAward and the German Photo Book Prize, amongst others.
