Kadir van Lohuizen (The Netherlands, 1963) is an award-winning photographer known for his work in many conflict areas and long-term projects on the diamond industry, migration and climate change. He has published two acclaimed monographs Diamond Matters, the diamond industry and the Via PanAm. He has received numerous prizes and awards including two World Press Photo awards. His work has been exhibited at Foam Museum, Stedelijk Museum, Bronx Documentary Center, Chilean National Museum of Fine Arts and Nederlands Fotomuseum, Rotterdam, among others. His work is in public collections including the Rijksmuseum, Stedelijk Museum and the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.
