Johann Ryno de Wet (Johannesburg, South Africa, 1982) is a young and emerging artist of international renown. His talent was awarded by the prestigious American Aperture Foundation by selecting his work for the “reGeneration 50 photographers of tomorrow” project, a work which could be defined as magnetic, nightmarish, and intensely disturbing.

He successfully exhibited worldwide like in his solo exhibition at the renowned Centro de Arte Alcobendas. His work is collected by both private and public collections like the Tucson Museum of Art, Musée de l’Elysée, Centro de Arte Dos de Mayo, and Colección Olor Visual.
