Born in 1985 in Shizuoka, Japan. Graduated in M.A. in Design and fine arts from Tokyo Zokei University in 2011. He received the honorable mention of the 33rd Canon New Cosmos of Photography in 2010 and the Grand Prize of the Tokyo Frontline Photo Award in 2011. His first photography book UNBROKEN ROOM was published in 2013. His recent exhibitions include “UBRM#000” (G/P gallery, Tokyo, 2015), “Aichi Triennale 2016: Trans-dimensional Photos” (Japan, 2016), “WASTE PARK” (G/P gallery, Tokyo, 2017) . He uses his own archive as the materials for transforming and updating his works repeatedly. Through the iterative approach towards the anonymous and images as a volume, his photogrpahy freely transforms between 2D and 3D forms which self-replicates.
