The young Dutch photographer Florian van Roekel graduated cum laude in 2010 at The Royal Academy of Arts, The Hague, after acquiring his Ba at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam in 2006. Early exhibitions include include Fotoprijs 09|10 at the Dutch Photomuseum, Rotterdam, Selection of Graduates, Amsterdam Centre of Photography and Graduation Exhibition, Royal Academy of Arts, The Hague.
